Wellness Workshop at MacArthur - September 5th

Join us for a late summer, soul-nourishing, energizing movement retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit and glow into autumn. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect in a serene setting. Begin your day with grounding breathwork and guided meditation led by E-RYT Andrea Bogart to help you settle into presence. From there, energize with a dynamic HIIT Pilates session guided by ME Stewart, then flow into an all-levels Vinyasa practice with Andrea Bogart, where movement and breath unite to cultivate strength, gratitude, and inner balance with a restorative ending to the session. After your movement journey, enjoy a trail mix snack, followed by a reflective journaling session exploring the seasonal shift—offering prompts for letting go of summer and gently preparing for fall with some useful Ayurvedic tips. MacArthur Spa and Andrea will offer a brief feature on Laurel, slow farmed skin care— A 100% whole plant organic line used for a seasonal facial recommendation. Then savor a wholesome, nutrient-rich poolside lunch, thoughtfully prepared by Layla’s Executive Chef Eric Piacentine. As we wrap up lunch we’ll gather for closing thoughts and let you move into the rest of your day however you wish!
