Wellness Workshop at MacArthur

Join us for a morning of vitality with Macarthur Place designed to recharge and nourish your mind, body and spirit. This mini retreat features an all-levels energizing Vinyasa flow lead by RYT Andrea Bogart where movement and breath come together to ignite strength and joy. Following your practice, immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of a healing sound bath, promoting deep relaxation and restoration lead by RYT Nicole Hall. Enjoy a wholesome, nutrient packed lunch prepared with your wellness in mind, then reflect and reconnect during a guided meditation and journaling session with Andrea. Included will be a special discount on a spa treatment to use that afternoon or a future date and afternoon pool & whirlpool access.
